Rotary Club Of Gravenhurst has announced a new initiative on their social media feed:

”Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the need in our community has greatly increased. Those especially vulnerable include small business owners and the self-employed, the unemployed, those with mental and physical disabilities and families with children.

The Rotary Club of Gravenhurst has launched the CARE FOR A NEIGHBOUR program that provides an easy way for you to sponsor a fellow community resident by funding a weekly $25 grocery gift card. The cards are distributed by G.A.P. (Gravenhurst Against Poverty).

Donors can request a custom-written message on the envelope for the family. Messages should be brief but can include things like your name or a positive message. Please donate in $25 increments to the Rotary Club of Gravenhurst as follows and be sure to specify the message if you want one. Donations of $50 or more will have a tax receipt issued if it is requested and your email is provided.
