VEGGIE MEDLEY 

 

super quick, super easy colourful lunch is brought by tofu, chopped garlic, bokchoy, and broccoli simmered in coconut oil, sesame oil, turmeric, cumin topped off with 1/2 avocado 🥑. Lots of healthy fats in this one! 

 

DINNER BOWL

 

Dinner Bowl with mashed sweet potato, ground chicken seasoned with salsa, pepper and Himalayan salt and steamed broccoli. 

 

PINK KALE SALAD

 

Pink Kale Salad with grated beets and avocado garnished with slivered onions and Herb&garlic goat cheese drizzled with a Rasberry Ving. Splashed with Lemon. Sweet n herby all at the same time 💚  

 

VEGGIE EGG WRAP 

Egg wrap with spinach, peppers, and Turkey. The egg becomes your wrap!  

 

SATUEED VEGGIES WITH CHICKEN 🍗 

 

Sautéed veggies in olive oil with a splash of red wine, white wine vinegar and a sliver of garlic butter :-) add chicken and top it off with avocado.
